We are Wander Bear, a travel planning service based in the United Kingdom.  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wander Bear.  We specialise in helping clients plan their trips by providing researched recommendations including accommodation options, flight search results, detailed itineraries, and tailored packing lists.  Please note: we do not make bookings on behalf of clients.

2. Our Services

We offer the following travel planning services:

• Hotel research and recommendations
• Flight search and recommendations
• Customised travel itineraries
• Personalised packing lists

Our services are intended to assist and guide clients in their travel decisions. All bookings must be made by the client directly with the relevant providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, tour operators).

3. Our Role

We act solely as a travel planning consultant.  We are not travel agents or booking agents and we do not:

• Book or purchase flights, accommodation, transport, or any other travel services on your behalf
• Enter into contracts with third-party providers on your behalf
• Accept responsibility for any third-party services

All travel bookings and purchases are made at your own risk and discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for verifying all booking details (including dates, times, prices, and terms) with the third-party providers
• You understand that our role is advisory and we do not guarantee the availability, price, or quality of third-party services
• You will comply with all visa, health, passport, and insurance requirements relevant to your travel

5. Fees and Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of your customised travel plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.  We reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance.  All fees are for research and planning only and do not include any actual travel costs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Once work has begun on your travel plan, fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or amend your request, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply depending on the scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for:

• Errors or omissions in the information provided by third-party suppliers
• Changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions made by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Any financial loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by relying on our travel suggestions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by us (including itineraries, documents, and packing lists) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
